Anyone who’s ever stared at a spinning wait icon on a monitor knows the pain of having an outdated machine. So when we were asked to come up with a campaign to push small business customers to consider refreshing their computers, we had a lot of fun with that simple, universal insight.

As the lead for this project, I lead the team from the concepting phase all the way through doing a simultaneous photo and video shoot.
